I'm Charlie. I'm from Hamilton County. I'm not running a franchise, and I'm not a marketing guy in a polo shirt.
I started Vitalsos because I kept hearing neighbors say the same thing: "I just need this gone, but I don't have the time, the help, or a way to haul it."
So I bought a truck and a trailer, got insured, and started showing up. Five years later, I'm still the one who answers your call, gives the quote, and does the lifting.
My business runs on referrals from neighbors who got a fair price and felt treated like neighbors. That's the whole plan.
